The Science Scholar Program is designed specifically for 4th or 5th graders interested in Science, a STEM career or just someone who desires to perform well on the 5^th Gr Science State Assessment. This program combines hands on learning, science review, practice activities, and test-taking skills/strategies to help children feel prepared and confident. $320 will be billed once a month (Sept-April)! Based on the student's pretest on the PM1 in the fall, we would set goals, teach/reteach standards, as necessary, through a combination of strategies (vocabulary instruction, reading to understand, mini assessments, use of graphic organizers etc). Students would also learn study skills and test taking strategies to perform well on assessments as well as explore STEM Career paths.

This class will take place virtually. The Science Scholars Program is an 30 week program starting in the fall. Class will meet twice a week for 30 weeks. Cost is $40 a session, so each week will cost $80. $320 will be billed once a month (Sept-April)!
